Information about Looby
We had a phone call in September last year from a lady in Haverhill who was moving and couldn’t take her cat with her. Luckily (as she had left it very late to let us know about this) we had a pen free and were able to take the cat straight away. Looby is a seven year old tabby female and was lucky enough to find a new home a couple of months later. Unfortunately she misbehaved herself badly. We had known that she was a strong minded character but unfortunately in the home she would only be handled on her own terms and the lady reluctantly decided that she needed a cat which was more laid back, so she has come back. Looby can be affectionate when she wants to be but she doesn’t like to be picked up and she usually only likes a small amount of stroking at a time. She would suit an experienced cat owner or we would consider homing her as an outside cat.
Location and Contact Details
If you are interested in giving a new home to Looby, please get in touch with the owners-keepers today. Pets can be listed for adoption by private individuals, animal charities or voluntary groups, and each will have different contact preferences and adoption procedures.
Depending on their preferences, the current keepers may prefer telephone or email enquiries in the first instance, or may provide an address where you can visit and see their pets and discuss adoption in person. If a telephone number or address was provided, click the ‘telephone’ tab and you will find it there, along with any comments on when to phone, etc. If the keepers are willing to accept email enquiries, there will be a contact form on the ‘Email Enquiries’ tab which you can use to get in touch.
