Information and Enquiry Form

Heathlands Animal Sanctuary, Royston – Heathlands Animal Sanctuary is a registered charity based in Royston, Hertfordshire. We do not have a premises – most of our animals are cared for by foster carers in their own homes. Heathlands Animal Sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of unwanted domestic pets. We take in dogs, cats, rabbits and some types of caged birds. Every year we rehome 300 – 400 animals, most of whom would otherwise have been destroyed in council pounds. Our non-destruction policy means we never destroy a healthy, well balanced animal.

Enquiry Form

Animal Welfare Groups often have limited manpower to deal with email enquiries so please don't use this form unless you are interested in adopting a pet, would like to make an appointment to view a pet you are interested in adopting, or unless you are volunteering to help in other ways. For the same reason, some pet rescue organisations may take several days to reply, so please be patient! Thank you.
