Wood Green, The Animals Charity has grown to become one of the leading animal welfare organisations in the UK, since our creation in 1924.
We take in animals of all shapes and sizes! As well as cats and dogs, we find loving new homes for thousands of chickens, rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, ferrets, and more!

At our 3 centres, in London, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

Godmanchester Centre
Our Charity headquarters in Cambridgeshire is one of the largest rehoming centres in Europe. We rehome dogs, cats, small animals and fowl (chicken, ducks, geese) here.

Heydon Centre
Originally purchased in 1954 as a pig farm our Heydon centre rehomes cats and small animals.

London Centre
Our original Centre, first opened in 1924, is based in North London and still rehomes hundreds of cats a year.

Animal Welfare Groups often have limited manpower to deal with email enquiries so please don't use this form unless you are interested in adopting a pet, would like to make an appointment to view a pet you are interested in adopting, or unless you are volunteering to help in other ways.
